Yes. Completing our online assessment is free. It allows us to review the information you provide and determine whether your claim may qualify for further investigation.

We accept assessments relating to investment fraud, cryptocurrency scams, authorised push payment fraud, romance scams, pension fraud, purchase scams, recovery scams and several other forms of financial fraud.

No. Anyone can complete the claim assessment without creating an account. If you later decide to register using the same email address, your submitted claims can be linked to your new client account.

Most users complete the online assessment within 10–15 minutes, depending on how much information and supporting evidence they already have available.

Yes. Once you've created a client account, additional information and supporting documents can be added to your existing claim where appropriate.

Absolutely. If you've experienced more than one unrelated fraud incident, each incident should be submitted as a separate claim to ensure accurate assessment.

Claim progress can be viewed through your secure client portal. You'll also receive notifications whenever important updates are made to your case.
